Hello! My name is Maddie Grace and I would like to welcome you to my website. If we could see the inside of my brain, I am pretty positive it would look something like this. Please feel free to look around. I hope you find something you like.
I have been painting my entire life, but I have been running a business for the past few years now. I have learned so much and enjoyed every moment. I cannot imagine life without paint everywhere!
Eat your fruits and veggies
My latest series of paintings is my most proud creation yet. I have strived to revitalize the traditional fruit subject matter. The dark black background, in contrast with the vivid colors and large brushstrokes, portrays an edgy yet sophisticated aesthetic. I hope the owners of my pieces are as proud of them hanging as I am. My dream is that my paintings can bring a glimpse of luster into the daily lives of everyone.
Check out this quick clip of my latest peach painting.
3 large stalks celery from the heart, including leaves, plus extra for serving
36 ounces tomato juice (recommended: Sacramento)
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon grated yellow onion
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
12 dashes hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco), or to taste
1 1/2 cups vodka
I cannot think of a better "pear" than pears and Bloody Marys! I hope you enjoy this recipe courtesy of Ina Garten, as much as we do at Sunday Brunch.
Cut the celery in large dice, including the leaves, and puree in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until finely minced. In a large pitcher, combine the rest of the ingredients except the vodka. With the food processor running, pour 1/4 of the tomato juice mixture into the food processor through the feed tube. Then pour the contents of the food processor into the pitcher with the remaining tomato juice mixture. Add the vodka and chill. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a stick of celery.
